There could be no substitute for vegetable oriented food items to get into our body for getting the required health. In no parts of the world any doctors would describe food materials other than vegetable blend food habits to be followed when we are ill. For attaining the needed stamina and energy in our bloodstream the major products would bring the protein, good fatty substances, carbohydrates which are very essentially needed for our day to day body activities. Now a day’s salad has become one of the major parts in vegetarian food in all families. Even though non vegetarian food could produce lingering taste in our body stream it could not be a proper substitute for vegetable oriented meals. Daily food should be supplemented by all types of vegetable, pulses and fruits.

This could be the only way to attain the need energy level in our blood stream. Fresh vegetable could only produce ample amount good protein and good fiber which is very important in digesting food. Hence our life style has to be moderated with the above mentioned vegetable for propagating the essentials energy boosting process in our precious body activity which is also the main source of immunization scheme.
