I Am Nearly at My Goal Weight

It is not fun being overweight. I know that is an obvious statement, but it is the awful truth as well. I was nearly 100 pounds overweight for most of my adult life. I did try dieting, but it never worked because I just didn’t change the right habits. I decided the last time that it was time for the vicious cycle to end. Rather than come up with a plan on my own, I decided to go online to see what worked for other people. The results with Medifast diet were phenomenal, and I knew that I wanted to learn more about it.

The reason why I wanted to try something that proved to work for others is because they were the ones with the success stories while I was the one with the extra 100 pounds. I read so many forums, and I was happy to see that there were quite a few people who tried the Medifast diet plan and were actually still at their goal weight years later. The thing that impressed me the most with it is that it is a meal replacement plan. There are other things in the diet too that can work, but that is what seemed to have the most success for the ones I read about.

I had never tried a meal replacement shake, so I admit that there were a few pauses before actually committing to it. I love regular ice cream milkshakes, but they don’t tend to fill me up quickly. The reason why this shake is so different is because of all the nutrients in it. It is designed for a person to feel full quicker, and that is exactly what I needed. I started drinking the meal replacement shakes not long after doing my research, and I am nearly at my goal weight now!
